[TechAssist] Philips CCC130AT01 cycles from good to blue screen

This will play, but every 6-7 seconds will go from good playback
picture, out of tracking, to blue screen, then tracks back to good
again. It cycles like this.
I cleaned the mode switch and heads.
Histories on this?
VCR not my speciality...
