[TechAssist] Philips 32" 32PT563S37G (ch# LO1.1UAC-7638) dark picture, shuts off

Supposedly after our hurricanes, this set powers on gets a dark picture,
some streaking, after few seconds more, shuts off.
While on, I see good deflection (horiz. and vert,), tuner works.
I found 180V on CRT board,etc. Seems to have G2 as well. I ran it with
the CRT unplugged and still will shut down the same.
I ohmed all the lo-ohm resistors I could find. Need assist here!
