Make : Philips
Model : TP2781 C101
Chassis : 27D7
Problem : No HV. LED flashes in groups of 5

We have done a few of these in the past and are familiar with the parts they
wipeout when the flyback fails. All the typical parts that are either blown
off the board or shorted test OK.

I can drive the horizontal section with a Sencore HA2500 and it tests OK.

We do have 130V on the collector of the horizontal output and see a brief
pulse when the set tries to start.

I'm fairly certain the flyback is prob bad ( surprised?)....but while I wait
for one to arrive....has others seen this scenario on this chassis......bad
flyback only? Drives good but breaks down under full load?
