Three different types! Customer said they turned it on this morning & that's how it looked....worked fine last night. Is there parameters in the service menu that may be corrupted that may account for all three of these distortions? If so , how do we access them....Only a few of these newer Philips have come thru so we aren't hip to the procedure.
