although acetone is a marvellous solvent it is no longer as readily
available as it used to be as it is harmful to your liver, possibly
carcinogenic and one half of the components that make up acetate. Remember a
product called Plastipare---we used this to repair broken plastic
cabinets---the liquid portion of this was acetone---this was the part that
was used up first as we often used it without using the powdered portion to
do the repairs. Like paint thinner, this is a solvent that must be used with
a great deal of caution, in a well ventilated area, sparingly. Anyway just a
thought. Peter Kowalik pe.kow@xxxxxxxxxxxx Keith's Stereo Burl Ont
