[TechAssist] Panasonics Mod# CTP-2764S (Vertical foldover)

Hello techs
This set came in with a verical line across the middle of the set. I resolder
the verical IC(IC451) but with no help, so i replace it with an NTE 7085. Now
the set is about 4" open but with verical foldover. I have change
C455(100uf/35v which was out of tolerance and C451(220uf/16V) but with no help.
I have the 12V at pin one of IC and the 26v at pin 7, also at pin 12. All of
the other pin run from 5v to 6v, except pin 10 which GND and pin 9 OSC
BLOCKING. I don`t have an schematic to be certain that this are the correct
voltages. Does any one have the vertical section that could e-mail me or any
help that could offer. Your help is always appreciated.
