[TechAssist] Panasonic tv CT-32D10B

This tv came in dead with blown fuse and shorted horiz
output transistor. Replaced both and plugged in. For
an instant you heard the high voltage start then blew
fuse again. We don't work on many tv's and don't have
a print. Any help out there would be greatly
appreciated.
