[TechAssist] Panasonic ct32d32f chas NP341 HOT short

I have a Panasonic set model ct32d32f chassis NP341 that the HOT has
shorted. I put in a new HOT and it shorted again. Ordered and installed
new flyback and HOT shorted again....
Any help out there on this frustrating set??
