[TechAssist] Panasonic ct-2747sft blows H.O.T.

Has anyone seen this... Q551 HOT shorted and D552 also, all caps check ok,
when set comes on have green raster, no video and slight hour glass shape
pulled in on sides like low B+ or bad yoke. No print cant run more than 10
seconds h.o.t. gets well real hot. PS and gee this has that white frosting
too, I always thought it was Cream Cheese. :)
