[TechAssist] Panasonic VCR PV4661 Loading problem

Same mech as PV4608/11/17/51/58 and GE VG4030/31
If tape is carefully pushed in it will load OK every time, if pushed
slightly crooked the loading cage will jam and the gear on the loading
cage will slip putting the gear on cage out of time.
I have tried another complete cage and also replaced the slide mech on
the cage with a new one. Metal gear that drives loading cage looks good.
Anyone see this before, is this just an other bad design?
