[TechAssist] Panasonic TV CT34WX52, DX3PW -Clicks Twice

Panasonic CT34WX52, DX3PW TV
Unit would not turn on - would only click twice and only one time. Would
have to pull plug to reset and then it would do it again. Checked power
supply components - looked OK.
However, before we could do anything, all of a sudden unit came on.
We all know as soon as it gets back to customer, it will do it again.
Is there anything in startup ckt to check or replace?
