[TechAssist] Panasonic SA-HE70 Receiver, Dead, Need Schematic

Model: SA-HE70
Symptom: Dead
This receiver is dead, has no display, and no power indicator light. All five
fuses are OK and power supply voltages seem to be present. Relay on power
supply board is not operating, no voltage on coil. I think this may be one of
those where the microprocessor supplies a turn on voltage to the relay.
Any tips on this one, or anyone have a schematic they can upload to the members
area?
