I use an old remote receiver from a junker TV chassis hooked up to a power supply and my scope to test senders and monitor the receiver side with the other channel of the scope. I recently had an earlier model Panasonic with a bad IR sender which bave exactly this symptom. No experience with this model directly. Leon. Leonard G. Plays for about a minute then stops. I/R location is D6001. End sensors are Q6009 for supply and Q6010 for takeup. Reel sensors are IC6002 and IC6003. Anyone familiar with this unit and a way to test each sensor or does anyone know of a common fix for this one, Neil > > > > > TV Doctors 108 W.
