[TechAssist] Panasonic M/W code H98 ?

hello;
Just received a call about a Panasonic M/W Model NN-S768 taht customer said it
will start working for about a minute or so and then stop and give code H-98
and wont heat at all.
I am going to pick it up tomorrow morning but honestly I have no idea what this
code means.Would somebody please give some light obout what to look for?
Help will be much apreciated.
