Hi Peter,
            No notes on model but we had a similar problem on a Panasonic
and found a leaky diode in the horiz sweep causing HOT failure.  (RH3F) p/n
B0HANV000002. Notes on spare diode... causes Q551 failure.. DUH no model
number, sorry.. but maybe this will help..
