yes,  the tuner is good,  it worked on the chassis I took it out of, had a
bad tube,  the customer admitted putting a metal screwdriver in the back and
trying to get a signal with a piece of wire.  at least he admitted to it,
he's shorted the coils to ground etc.  blew something eles,  I've got some
really high voltages on several of the pins,  it may have messed up the
tuner I said was good?  what do these tuner's use for isolation like the
cap's in the rf packages?  is it in the tuner or on board?,  I quoted him
150 bucks and using a salvage tuner, so some actual profit if I can figure
it out,   gotta be close as the video jacks work fine, I know these sets had
bad solder problems that he may have agitated with what he crammed in the F
hole, but I've hit them all,  guess I'll dig a little and inject rf, guess
I'll actually have to work at this one.
any other ideas appreciated, I'll let you know
