[TechAssist] Panasonic CT35G25 tuning voltage

can't find 12v on tuner, doesn't this need that ? have 41 on BTL 6 on BPL
4 on SDA and 42 on TU, tuner is ENV56D51G3, tuner is good from salvage
unit, original tuner had a screwdriver or something crammed in where the F
connector was, several coils torn up, where does the 12v come from if its
supposed to have it ? video jacks work find, tuner is all snow, resoldered
daughter board and connector pins, no print, and running out of ideas,
anyone ?
