STK730-020 is rated at 8 amp (145 watt) and a STK730-030 is rated at 3 amp
(180 watt).  The numbering system does not make any sense.  Try a -020
or -080.  The regulator does normally run quite hot but should always be
"touchable".  Do you have a way to measure the temperature? The data sheets
are readily available on line except for the -130 and -150.  John.
