[TechAssist] Panasonic CT32D32F, NP341 need part#

Just getting back to this set after neck injury. Set came in dead 5vdc pulled
low on Q002 IRsensor is not shorted, thanks to tip from tech I pulled IC005 and
volts came back up to normal on Q002, could someone please give me the part
number for IC005? Thanks
