[TechAssist] Panasonic CT-31XF31CS Relay Click but dead.

Anyone have any notes on this set for Dead set. Have changed Regulator
IC STRS6301 and some caps...but I have 186 Volts on the collector of
Horizontal Output transistor, which I think is a little high.
Any tips appreciated.
