[TechAssist] Panasonic CT 20G 22V (Vertical Fold Over)

To begin with set had vertical line. Replaced vertical deflection IC.
Restored vertical collapse problem. Now set has vertical fold over. Checked
all electro. caps, all of them checked good. Does anyone have any ideas on
this one? working without schem.
