Ha! Those never did work right...even before dropping!
panasonic had a modification kit when they were new. I don't know if it's
still available.
Better yet, change the whole changer assembly or declare it "beyond
ecconomical repair".
I have never seen a consumer stacker that was a solid, dependable design,
thats why you don't see them much anymore.
