[TechAssist] Panasonic AG-RT600P Time Lapse VCR

This time lapse recorder will not record. I have checked all the supply
voltages and traced signal from Video In to IC 3001 pin 7. I have followed it
in and out and around till pin 22, I lose it. I have checked the voltage on
every pin and found nothing abnormal. I hope someone works on these and may
have had the same problem. I don't want to replace unnecessary parts if I can
help it. It seems like the IC is the culprit but not sure. BTW, it plays back
normally. Paul
