[TechAssist] PTK195--no convergence menu--RCA

A new one for us! Tv had bad flyback--replaced--set works ok now--went to
converge pix--put into service mode - setups in the "76"
mode work ok. Go up to "80" mode for convergence-hit "CH^" --on screen setup
numbers go away--no test pattern.
Convergence looks ok-just wanted to do touchup--never seen this problem
before--convergence power supply seems to be ok.
Conv. eeprom checks ok in our eeprom checker.
Any ideas on this? PTK195FL
