[TechAssist] PTK195 - Conv Menu Missing on OSD FIXED

I replaced common R19703 (750k-1/4w 193334) and U19700 (Stk730-130 215530)
and still no fix, found bad Q19700 (BC547) (Open B-E) (NTE123AP) located
next to opto-isloator U19701. All now ok! (FIXED)
