[TechAssist] PTK195 - Black Bar in Picture??

Problem: After 25 min warm-up the picture will have (1) "Black bar" appear
in the screen and slowing moves from bottom to center of picture. This
vertical (going from left to right) "black bar" is about 2-3" tall and would
appear at the bottom of screen and slowly move up to the center of the
screen.
Yesterday I looked up this type problem on my WINStips program and I found a
tip that suggested replacing R14705 (1.0 ohm) (1/4 W) I replaced this
resistor and now after warm up I have (2) "black-bars" appear in the picture
after warm up.
Anyone seen this problem?
