[TechAssist] PTK169BU No Video "Fixed"

Many thanks to Mando and Al Marquapdt....had this PTK 169 with no
video...tried the old fashion way of fixing TV's (troubleshooting) and was
getting no where. Mando and Al suggested checking the copper trace located @
position A26 on the bottom of the main board. Sure enough there was a broken
trace. Fix the trace....that fixed the set.
