Terry, changed C4108 and zener don`t have the smd cap, still no change, I`m
beginning
to think the fly is breaking down, as I said the set will run at lower setting 
of
variac, but
then all my voltages are of course bogus,  I`ll keep checking, cust. wants for
tomorrows
