[TechAssist] PRINT NEEDED Mits HD WS-65613 no video then dead.

I found a bad connection on a surface mount transistor on the signal board that
corrected the original problem of no video. After completion the set worked for
several minutes then just went dead. This call is about fourty miles away so I
need to have the print to finish, Tim
