Did you try it with CC?
I don't think it will work for CC ,unless it is listed under device
manager in the OS.
The usb to parallel works because the software thinks it sees a USB
printer port
and sends USB info to it. The conversion happens OUTSIDE the computer.
As long as that protocol is preservred, all is well.
CC (or anything else for that matter) can't send parallel format to a
USB port-(oil and water).
