[TechAssist] PIP Bypass In The Download Area : Faulty!

The PIP bypass diagram in the download directory has an error!! The 22K ohm
resistor should go from pin 11 to ground. NOT PIN 7! Pin 8 is ground and
can be used!
I actually used 4.7K and 2.2K for the voltage dividing network per previous
documented procedures......but I assume the 47K & 22K combo/dividing ratio
is equivalent.
