[TechAssist] PDI (Phillips/Funai) 9 inch hospital TV, PDI M9TV-A forgets cable mode

This could be a bad one - it's a small hospital TV, which the first time
it's powered up works fine. But after being shut off and on again,
forgets it was supposed to be in cable mode and tumbles back to "air"
mode.
It's really a Phillips set (Funai chassis) that this PDI company added a
few modifications to for hospital arm hanging and 24VAC power supply.
A large PDI sticker is covering all original Phillips model information.
Its really a little piece of junk, but the mods make it pretty valuable
to the hospital. I'd really like to get it out of here.
