Sunny,

When it goes out and motherboard still has power then do you still have a
lit power light? Does this bios setup have CPU temp monitoring? If it does,
monitor the temp and see it goes up a bit before it quits, if it does try
replacing the thermal grease, make sure the heatsink is properly seated and
be sure the fan is working properly. Also the ram can cause this, try moving
or swapping the sticks. Clean the contacts lightly with a soft rubber
eraser.
