If you have the latest Norton when it Quarentines it is locked in a file in
Norton and you can use the delete program (action list) in that file. If the
file is somewhere else it does not have a virus so yoy can drag and drop
with the left mouse button. Norton will not allow you to open an infected
file though I was caught by a file which slowed my computer so much it took
me 3 hours to get it in the bin.
