[TechAssist] Orion-TVCR mod#tvcr1321,blue screen

This unit has blue screen when rf connected to cable i/p.VCR has good 
picture/sound on playback.A/V inputs ok.I subbed out the tuner,no help,&checked 
voltages;BT=30vdc,BP=5vdc,BM=9vdc,AGC line is sitting at 7.5vdc.Unit will 
sometimes show a very snowy,no sound picture,which cannot be changed by trying 
to channel up/down,#'s on screen will change.Unit will auto-program.This uses a 
LA7583=IC6001 in the tuner cct,as per data sheet it's the VIF/SIF control 
ic,voltages to it are ok.Have checked my parts sources & they don't list 
it.Does anyone have one or know where I can get it.It ''MAY'' be my problem.All
