[TechAssist] Orion TV2520A: pulled in on sides

We're using Orion service manual. TV came in dead. HOT was shorted, C446
(1@160v) in horizontal driver circuit was open, and R506 (180 ohm @ 20w) in
regulator was open. Then no vertical deflection. Changed vertical out ic401
(LA78041). Then had picture but no B+ regulation. STR30110 was shorted and
R515 (1.5@3w) was open. Changed those parts, but raster is pulled in on
sides, with B+ of only 110v. Schematic shows output of regulator is supposed
to be 135v (even though it's an STR30110). Pin 5 of STR is 0, but should be
6.9v. We used the light bulb technique to eliminate the horizontal section
and regulated voltage didn't improve. Checked all resistors and caps in
regulator and tried another STR. Unfortunately, both STR's were purchased
from same place and have same #'s.
Bad batch of STR's? Any suggestions appreciated.
