That would be a Orion number TJX5NC50FP or generic number BZ510093 available from Orion, neither number crosses in NTE but that does not mean an NTE would not work, it may be too new to be in the cross. If it is shorted then check fusible resistors in power supply and also resitors (possibly 2 watt) off the gate of that FET.
