[TechAssist] Orion STV2763 resistor value

Hello all, looks like D607 was the problem, however looks like R629 got hot
and Im not sure the color bars are correct. Brown/Brown/Black= 11ohms but the
resistor tests at 27 ohms. Can anyone confirm the value of R629? Any help is
appreciated.
