Look in Sam Goldwasser's FAQ http://repairfaq.ece.drexel.edu/ and post any
questions on the sci.electronics.repair usenet group. Sam seems to know
quite a bit about lasers.

This is a 10 Amp/100VDC power supply w/MOSFET switchers driving a Ar/Kr gas
laser.I wouldn't say it is a toy.Does anyone have any knowledge of laser
stuff esp. running the power supply free-standing w/ resistive load?

Pete
