I just sent this one to Winstips for one I repaired recently not sure if it
helps. I would guess if the HOT is Q14102 in yours, then the HOT in the kit
ought to work.
CHASSIS: CTC203B1
MODEL: F20645
Symptom: Loud Squeal / Screech (From SMPS Xfmr) when AC Cord Plugged in
Cure: Replace HOT Q144101. Original is Phillips ST1803DHI, can Sub BU4507DX
or Original RCA P-N: 244223
