[TechAssist] Obnoxiously intermittant Philips 27PS55 S321 27T800 Audio problem

Problem intermittant no audio. Set came it with broken RF
Jack fix it no audio(indicated MONO on screen). Next morning came on with
audio (indicated stereo). In the working instance would come on with audio
if waited 30 sec before turn on or waiting a little while also. Put Set back
together thinking it was a quirk with the set. Hauled up front then no audio
again. So pull it back to the bench beat on it etc can't get the audio on.
Any help or ideas.....
