Well, electric cars have been around for over 100 years, but no one has been 
able to come up with a good battery for them in all this time, so I dont see a 
cheap electric car in my future. California mandated that 20% of the vehicles 
sold in that state be of a zero emissions type, but it never happened. You cant 
legislate technological advances.
