[TechAssist] No HV Philips 64PH9905 DPTV120

I looked at this set briefly today and realized I had to get the force 32
program on my computer before I could go any further. Has anyone had any
experience with this model? It has no HV but hot checks good. Goes into
shutdown as soon as its turned on. If anyone has anything let me know. This set
was a very rare set because not many were sold. Thanks, Tim
