Bill,
I can go one better...I get several from support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx that are
infected.
There are new vir** in the field, I updated Norton every day for the past few
days and there have been updates constantly. The last
one I received was before I had the updates.
Very important that everyone knows, no matter what DO NOT open PIF or BAT
attachments. There are others, but these are the
extensions more widely used.
I know someone on this list is infected, because I received one with Tech
Assist as the sender.
Come one people.,....get with the friggin program! It's not like vir*ses are a
new thing!

Hi Gang,
Just got an email with the subject "A good tool" that had a suspicious
header from "jeff" at intrepid-video. It had an attached "color.bat" file
that my AV program said contained the Win32.Klez worm. Obviously Jeff
didn't send this, for one he hardly ever sends emails during this hour of
the day and most importantly never sends messages that I aware of without
his sig file. So, for those who might be less protected be aware that
someone out there in cyberspace is infected and their machine had my
address, Jeff's address and might have others on the Tech Assist board.
