Are you sure you are counting the pins correctly? Picture of the crt board
in the manual shows pins 4 and 5 as the heater pins. Looking at the circuit
side of the board the first pin on the left side of the wide space is pin 3
and is G2,  then going clockwise pin 4 is H1, pin 5 is H2, pin 6 is G1, 7 is
KB, 8 is KG, 9 is KR and 10 is ground. There is a ground just before pin 3
that may or may not be a pin, don't mistake that for pin 3, pin 3 has slots
cut out in the board on both sides to prevent arching.
