[TechAssist] Need info on RCA DTV306

Have RCA DTV306 with bad tuner problems, Winstips talks about the 2 caps that
go bad in pwr. sup. Would like to know how important it is to use only RCA
parts and what they do in the circuit. Do not have the cd on this year - 2001
