[TechAssist] Need code for ser. menu-Apex PTV

Need code to get into service menu on Apex PTV model GB43HD09 made
in 2003. Set works ok on all NTSC modes except
HD, horz. pix. looks like has blanking bar or right side - only in HD
mode - 480i and in 480p and in 1080i -also with Sencore
VP300 generator..
