[TechAssist] Need T/A Sony KV-fs100 Light flashes 4 x clicks then cycles off

This tv is a wega and customer paid almost 3 bills for it so Im going to
give it a try .....everything basic checks good does the flashiing 4x mean
anything ? any help would be good as I would not like to get deep into a 13"
anything .....Thanks ,..
