Subject: [TechAssist] Need Part # for QX 3402 in Zenith PTV

  Zenith Techs,

I have a Zenith PTV in the shop that was hit by lightning, the customer took
the back off and replaced the fuse that was blown and it immediately blew
again. I found QX 3402 shorted, but can't find a part # for it. I called my
distributor and they said no individual parts are available, you have to
replace the whole board. I can't believe I can't get a replacement for this
part? The problem is I don't have the schematic, or the back cover off the
set,(customer didn't bring back cover with set) so I can't provide a model
#, all I have is the board # which is 9-1674-03. Can anyone provide me with
a part # for this part, by board # only?

                                        TIA
                                        Dan Webster
