[TechAssist] Need NLA : tda3564.IC601 in a ptv300

This is an old one,tda3564 crosses to a ecg 1890, used in Magnavox sets
video pross.
Have a PTV 300 with sound HV & sweep, turn up a screen control see slick
raster.No OSD or snow, have sandcastle and video going into ic ,no video to
CRTS.
Anyone have one or tips?
